Mat Rats Schedule

Practices will be held at WHS Wrestling Room from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Starting November 6th, 2023

Advanced Wrestlers - Mondays and Wednesdays

Beginner Wrestlers - Tuesdays and Thursdays

**We strongly suggest Advanced Wrestlers attend all days

for additional mat time!
