Welcome to the Grindstone Wrestling Club

Grindstone is the official wrestling "umbrella" for wrestling in the Westminster Area Recreation Council (WARC). Our club is a non-profit corporation, and all staff is on volunteer basis. We have a number of programs for boys and girls from ages 5 up to collegiate level.

Our program provides two junior leagues (elementary & middle school ages)

 * Mat Rats - Boys & Girls

* Valkyries - Girls only

Registration for 2024-2025 season will open in October, and practices will begin first week of November.

The Grindstone Wrestling Club is dedicated to providing opportunities to promote the sport of wrestling no matter the age or ability of the athlete.
