Grindstone Wrestling Club

The Grindstone Wrestling Club was created to promote the sport of wrestling in Carroll County.  The program provides numerous opportunities for youth wrestling through open training, clinics, camps, tournaments, and junior league wrestling. We sponsor the Mat Rats Junior League, Grindstone Olympic Style Teams, and the Central MD Summer Wrestling League.

• Youth (ages 5-14)  The Mat Rats Jr. League

  • (Registration begins Sept-Oct. Practices begin Nov.)

• High School: 14-18    Open Mats, Clinics

  • WMHS Mondays 2:35pm-4:00pm; Thursdays 7:00-8:30 pm (Spring, Fall)​

• High School / Open Age:  Summer League
