Folkstyle Summer Sessions

Summer is where champions are built.

Grindstone Wrestling Club is hosting off-season summer practices focused on improving wrestling technique, conditioning, mat awareness, and mental toughness heading into next season. Sessions are open to all wrestlers from any school or club in Westminster, and the surrounding areas.

All experience levels welcome, from beginners looking to build fundamentals to advanced wrestlers preparing for the next level.

This is not a casual workout. It’s structured training designed to sharpen fundamentals, increase pace, and develop wrestlers who will compete with confidence when the season starts.
