THE STATUS OF THE 2023 WRESTLING CAMP IS TBD-- PLEASE STAY TUNED.
Who: Wrestlers ages 4-17
All Elementary, Middle, and High School age wrestlers welcome.
Beginners or newcomers to wrestling are encouraged!
Also Welcome: WMHS incoming students who did NOT wrestle at WM last year
*Returning Winters Mill wrestlers will WORK the camp for Service Learning Hours

INSTRUCTORS:
John Lowe-- National Wrestling Hall of Fame member, Girls' Head Coach @ WMHS. 31 years coaching experience at NCAA, high school, and rec / Jr. league levels.
Mike Flemming--Head Coach, Westminster HS, National Wrestling Hall of Fame member; 25 years coaching experience at Liberty, Westminster HS and Mat Rats Jr. League program. Wrestled collegiately at McDaniel College.

**The Grindstone Wrestling Clinic is a technique-based camp that focuses on each wrestler at his/her level. We have a high counselor to student ratio, and regardless of whether you are a beginner or a veteran, we'll focus on improving the level you're on. It's a great introduction for newcomers and a great "rust-remover" for veterans.
